nowandthen Productions, formed by Bobbi Carrey in the fall of 2000, specializes in the history and evolution of American popular song. In addition to shows that combine live performance with musical history, nowandthen Productions also offers musical research, project management, and event planning.

Bobbi Carrey works with a roster of talented musicians, including Will McMillan, an award-winning cabaret singer; Billy Novick, one of New England's foremost jazz musicians; John Clark, horn player and founder of the Wolverine Jazz Band; Brad Hatfield, a keyboardist, pianist, arranger, and Emmy Award winning composer; multi-instrumentalist Andy Blickenderfer, who plays acoustic bass, cello, violin, and mandolin with three Boston-based ensembles and Doug Hammer, pianist, music arranger, and founder of Dreamworld Productions.

nowandthen Productions offers customized shows for corporate events, benefit performances, and private parties as well as a series of shows featuring music from the great American songbook. Current shows available for booking include:
